While eating at the food court, someone came up to me and asked me if I have money to give him. these incidences made me uncomfortable and somewhat unsafe.

Staff is unbelievable! Fathima went above and beyond as far as our housekeeping, Sarah was the friendliest and polite host, Gary from engineering was in our room fixing a bathroom issue within a half hour of our call. We are very happy and will definitely be staying here for most of our trips.
